Paratiroid bezleri ise tiroid bezinin etraf\u0131nda bulunan d\u00f6rt k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck beze verilen genel add\u0131r. Enerji metabolizmas\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alan bu bezlerde, \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar\u0131n beraberinde doku de\u011fi\u015fimleri veya fonksiyonel de\u011fi\u015fimler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu duruma m\u00fcdahale edilmesi i\u00e7in ise cerrahi m\u00fcdahalelere ba\u015fvurulabilir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntem endeskopik tiroidektomidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hangi Durumlarda Tiroid Ameliyat\u0131 Gerekir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiroid ameliyat\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli tiroid hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tedavisinde uygulanabilir. \u0130lk olarak tiroid kanseri g\u00f6r\u00fclen ki\u015filerde ba\u015fvurulan bir y\u00f6ntemdir.
